1. Agreement to Terms
By using Sapphire Net services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sapphire Net LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Service Description
Internet Services
We provide high-speed fiber internet services with various speed tiers and data allowances. Service availability depends on location and network capacity.
- Fiber optic internet with speeds up to 1000 Mbps
- Unlimited data usage (subject to fair use policy)
- Professional installation and equipment
- 24/7 technical support
Cable TV Services
Our cable television services include various channel packages, premium content, and on-demand programming.

3. Service Plans and Pricing
Current service plans and pricing are available on our website and are subject to change. Key terms include:
Monthly Service
Services are billed monthly in advance. Partial months are prorated.
Price Changes
We may change prices with 30 days written notice to customers.
Installation Fees
Standard installation is included with most plans. Additional fees may apply for custom installations.
Equipment Rental
Equipment rental fees are separate from service charges and are non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms
Billing and Payment
- Payment Due Date: Payment is due on the date specified on your bill
- Late Fees: A late fee of $10 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) applies to overdue accounts
- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and automatic payments
- Returned Payments: A $35 fee applies to returned payments due to insufficient funds
Service Suspension
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment after providing appropriate notice as required by law. Reconnection fees may apply.
5. Equipment and Installation
Company Equipment
Equipment provided by Sapphire Net remains our property and must be returned upon service termination in good working condition.
- Modems, routers, and cable boxes
- Cables and installation hardware
- Remote controls and accessories
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to installation locations
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report service issues promptly
- Allow access for maintenance and repairs
Damage and Loss
You are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged, lost, or stolen equipment. Current replacement costs are available upon request.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:
Network Abuse
Excessive bandwidth usage that impacts other customers, running servers, or network scanning
Illegal Content
Accessing, distributing, or storing illegal content including copyrighted material without permission
Security Violations
Hacking, phishing, distributing malware, or attempting to breach network security
Harassment
Sending spam, threats, or engaging in cyberbullying or harassment of others
Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination without refund.
7. Service Availability and Performance
Service Levels
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by:
- Scheduled maintenance and upgrades
- Network congestion during peak hours
- Equipment failures or power outages
- Weather conditions and natural disasters
- Third-party service provider issues
Speed and Performance
Advertised speeds are maximum speeds and actual performance may vary based on factors including:
- Network traffic and congestion
- Customer equipment and configuration
- Website or service limitations
- WiFi interference and range
8. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Network Management
We may monitor network traffic for purposes of maintaining network performance, security, and compliance with these Terms.
Content and Communications
We do not monitor the content of your communications except as required by law or necessary for technical support.
9. Service Changes and Termination
Customer Termination
You may cancel service at any time with 30 days written notice. Early termination may result in:
- Final bill for services used
- Equipment return requirement
- Unreturned equipment charges
- Disconnection and removal fees
Company Termination
We may terminate service immediately for:
- Violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
- Non-payment after appropriate notice
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Endangering network security or other customers
10. Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAPPHIRE NET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or delays
- Third-party actions or content
- Equipment failures or compatibility issues
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Customer Service
We encourage you to contact our customer service team first to resolve any disputes or concerns about our services.
Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved through customer service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for small claims court matters.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where your service is provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. General Provisions
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sapphire Net.
