REFUND Policy

Scope of Refunds
Refunds are applicable to services directly executed by Sapphire Net Consultants and are subject to the conditions below. Execution fees are charged for facilitating third-party services such as account setup, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or other administrative tasks.

1. Non-Refundable Services

• Execution fees once the service has been delivered.
• Payments made directly to third-party service providers.
• Charges incurred for failed execution due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect information provided).

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

• The requested service could not be executed due to an error on Sapphire Net Consultants part.
• Duplicate payments made due to technical glitches in our payment system.
• Cancellations requested before the service execution begins.

3. Refund Process

• Request Submission: Email [Contact Email] with your service details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
• Verification: SNC will review the request within 10 business days.
• Refund Approval: If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Limitations
Refunds for bundled or discounted plans will be prorated based on the service used. Sapphire Net Consultants is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
